This Privacy Policy explains how Stix Honey LLC(“Stix,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information on stixhoney.com. Stix is pre-launch: today the site takes email reservations only. Sections below about purchases, shipping, and subscriptions describe how things will work once checkout is live.

What we collect

Right now: the email address you give us when you reserve a box or join the list, the bundle you selected, and the time you submitted it. We do not take payment, so we never see card details.

When you buy (once checkout is live): your name, shipping and billing address, order history, and contact details. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; we receive confirmation of a completed payment, not your full card number.

How we use it

• Tell you when Stix ENERGIZE ships and honor any launch pricing you reserved.
• Fulfill, ship, and support your orders and any subscription you start.
• Send occasional product updates and offers (you can opt out anytime).
• Prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking cookies. We do not build advertising profiles or track you across other sites. If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy and provide the choices the law requires before doing so.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the business, and only for that purpose: our website host, our email provider, our payment processor, and shipping carriers. They are bound to use it only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you ask us to remove it or unsubscribe. Once orders exist, we retain order and transaction records for as long as the law requires (generally for tax and accounting), then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in that email.
• Ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing hi@stixhoney.com.
• California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

Security

The site runs over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to the information you share is limited to the people and providers who need it to operate Stix. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

Stix is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the revised version here with a new “Last updated” date, and we will tell our email list about material changes.
