Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of stixhoney.com and any reservation or purchase of Stix products. By using the site, reserving a box, or buying, you agree to them. We are Stix Honey LLC, a California limited liability company. If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.

The product

Stix ENERGIZE is a dietary supplement, not a drug, food, or medical product. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional care, and individual results are not guaranteed. Consult a physician before use if you have a medical condition or take medication.

Caffeine and age

Contains 150 mg caffeine per serving. Not recommended for those under 18, pregnant or nursing, or sensitive to caffeine. Do not exceed recommended servings. Consult a physician before use.

The site and products are intended for adults 18 and older. By ordering, you confirm you are 18 or older.

Reservations and pricing (now)

Stix is pre-launch. Reserving a box holds your spot in the first run. No card is charged today and no order is final. Prices shown are intended launch pricing and may change before the product ships; we will confirm the final price before any payment is taken.

Purchases (once checkout is live)

When checkout opens, payment is handled by a third-party payment processor. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order (for example, for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability). Prices, taxes, and shipping are shown at checkout.

Subscriptions

If you choose Subscribe & Save, your plan renews automatically on a recurring basis at the price and cadence shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel anytime before your next renewal; your current paid period runs to its end. We will disclose the full subscription and auto-renewal terms at checkout before you confirm.

Shipping and returns

We ship within the United States (additional regions may be added later). For your safety, opened or used consumable supplements cannot be returned except where defective or damaged. Unopened, unused boxes may be returned within 30 days for a refund; defective or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded. Email hi@stixhoney.com to start a return.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful, or violate anyone’s rights;
• scrape, harvest, or use bots on the site, or reverse-engineer or interfere with it;
• resell, reproduce, or commercially exploit our content, or use it to build a competing product.

We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who breaks these Terms or abuses the site or our staff.

Our content and trademarks

The site and its content, copy, photography, designs, and the STIX brand and marks are owned by Stix Honey LLC or used with permission, and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial license to view the site. Everything else is reserved; do not copy or reuse our content without written permission.

Third-party links

The site may link to third parties (for example, our Instagram). We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices.

Disclaimers

The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and the accuracy of information on the site.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stix Honey LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis (you and we waive class actions and jury trials), seated in San Diego County, California, except that either party may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court. Any claim must be brought within one year of when it arises.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version here with a new “Last updated” date, and material changes will be announced to our email list. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated Terms.
